I did this, and they never even cancelled they just did not show up at all! Needless to say I finally got the message.

thanks for sharing about flaky friends…after reading it, i think i might be the ‘disser’! it put things in perspective and i need to be more respectful by either not scheduling, planning ahead or not cancelling at the last minute. i do disagree that it is difficult to manage the work/life balance! working/traveling full-time, being a mother, wife, daughter, sister – it is difficult to fit in the martinis with friends!
