		<description>thanks for sharing about flaky friends...after reading it, i think i might be the &#039;disser&#039;!  it put things in perspective and i need to be more respectful by either not scheduling, planning ahead or not cancelling at the last minute.  i do disagree that it is difficult to manage the work/life balance!  working/traveling full-time, being a mother, wife, daughter, sister - it is difficult to fit in the martinis with friends!</description>
