World Cup Insanity

Today was the July Self-Defense 101 lecture/demo at the Hoboken studio. It went awesome, and I met some great women who now know the wise ways of the Palm-Knee-Knee. Thanks for coming out!

Well apparently just moments ago Italy won the World Cup. I know this because people on my street are literally hanging from windows, flailing cups o’ beer and doing Pee Wee Herman screams for minutes on end. You know the Pee Wee scream…it goes something like this, “ARRRHGGHHHHHHH!”
