The Head-Heart-Core exercise is used as a tool for extracting your thoughts, feelings and desires about any given topic - in a quick, simple way.
Here's my theory: If we express from all three places, the end result is an authentic expression of your truth. I hope you find it useful!
I recommend you watch the video first, to understand how it works and what the desired outcomes are. Also, be sure to download and print the worksheet (at left) so you can write down notes and ideas.
You can do the Head-Heart-Core by yourself, with a partner or even in a group. In the video, I offer some tips for using it as an icebreaker for small gatherings of people.
