You’ve got a change to make or a stage to take. The Dig is where it all begins. This is the starting point for leaders who are ready to discover their purpose so they can share their message.
With Erin, you’ll uncover the one word that’s guided every chapter of your life, plus the operating system behind how you think, decide and lead.
Clients describe it as being decoded. The scattered pieces of your story make sense, and the next step comes into focus. You’ll leave knowing who you are, what you stand for and what you’re here to say. From there, many leaders go on to give talks, write books or launch brands.
Your word becomes a filter for every decision ahead, from the work you pursue to the life you lead.
the studio
Your word is clear. Now it’s time to build with it. The Studio is a two-day gathering in Boulder, Colorado for Dig alumni who are ready to put their purpose to work.
Bring the thing you’re creating next: a talk, a book, a business, a career pivot or a hard decision you’ve been circling. Each person gets dedicated coaching time with Erin, where you’ll get time in the spotlight to tackle your biggest challenges around purpose, message or the business you’re building around it.
The other people in the room are accomplished, generous and fluent in the language of the Dig, so they’ll see in you what you can’t yet see in yourself. You’ll leave with a clear next move, pressure-tested by the room.
Offered three times per year. This experience is limited to 10 people.
the advisory
The Dig shows you who you are. The real work starts the morning after, when life rushes back in. The Advisory is six months of one-on-one guidance for Dig alumni who are building what their word is asking of them, whether that’s a bigger stage, a book, a new venture or a new chapter.
You’ll meet with Erin twice per month and receive a custom plan for growing your thought leadership in your first 30 days. You’ll also get access to her network and 25+ years of experience building high-integrity thought leadership platforms.
Many leaders’ companies invest on their behalf, and the work stays confidential. Erin takes a small number of Advisory clients at a time, because she wants to know your story as well as you do.
